The coaches are all very friendly and understanding with individual needs or limitations. There is a really great vibe at orange theory. Instead of working out alone you really get to be apart of a community. If you struggle with what exercises to perform, orange theory takes the guess work right out. Great approach for getting into shape. It’s encouraging, lively and the song selection/ playlist aren’t too bad either. It’s varied so you don’t get board too easy but I personally like Tread 50.
I love that the work out is constantly different and changing and keeping me on my toes and your instructor. Natalie was absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to come back to visit St. George and take more classes.

I love the variety of workouts for each class and as someone who learned about weight lifting by watching videos at home, I feel like I've learned so much through the classes. It's also great to have coaches who can help correct your form so you're doing everything safely and getting the most out of each workout, and I love that they show you alternatives. And overall, it's just really fun! It's always a really good atmosphere.
Nick has awesome play lists and makes it fun. He remembers who you are and pushes you to do better! And all the coaches do too. I like OTF
Structured instructor lead workout makes me work harder than I would on my own. I love how great I feel after every workout and it helps me with my mental health! I have seen an enormous positive change in my body over the last year since I have joined orange theory. I am addicted to OTF!!

I love everything about the workout. The variety, the coaches, the front desk staff, and the other members. I’ve been a member almost 9 years, and it’s been the workout that I have stuck with because I enjoy going and look forward to the workout. I also love how they have benchmarks and signature workouts that they repeat throughout the year so you can measure your progress.

It’s a fu. Workout. I love that all I have to do is show up and put in the work. It’s challenging yet rewarding as well, especially on benchmark days when you can see your progression.
The coaches are amazing!!! They really are what keep me coming. I really appreciate their knowledge and willingness to always help correct me when I’m doing the weights incorrectly. I also love the way that they motivate me to keep improving and to not give up on myself.

Variety! Each workout is different focusing on different body parts, strength or endurance. Each class has a coach that is there tell help you, cheer you on or find modificatio s if needed.
