You get pushed every single time you work out and you feel amazing after! Also, no class is the same so your muscles don’t get used to muscle memory!
I like that I can maximize my workout with aerobic and strength work in just one hour at a time. Also it's never boring!
I absolutely love the workouts! But I think all the nice instructors have left.
I also don't like that one instructor in particular, Hannah, who's mean sometimes. She yelled at me once because I stopped rowing, and she came to me and said "I didn't tell you to stop!, keep going!!" and I was having a cramp. That same instructor was making fun of another person during class because of how he was doing the exercise instead of correcting the form.
I personally try to avoid that instructor, which it limits the times I can go. Sometimes I have to join her class anyway, but I usually try to avoid them.
I miss the good old times when everyone was nice, and the instructors were very helpful. I learned a lot from them about how to correctly do the exercise to prevent injuries.
I’m always challenged and I like that!! The workouts are diverse, the coaches are highly motivating and even when I’m sore, I’m glad I made it to the gym!!

I love Nicole, roc and Meghan because they are involved and motivated, I try to cancel on one other coach because the music and atmosphere is just awful and no energy in the room
