I enjoy the fact that every workout is different and I choose whether I'm on the rower or treadmill and the rest is out of my hands. The workouts are challenging and I feel amazing afterward.
OTF isnt like anything I've tried before. For me I need to be pushed. The music and the coach making sure I'm doing the exercises correctly really make a difference. The next day after my class I feel like I accomplished the workout by how how my muscles feel. Also after the workout I felt amazing!
I like having a training tell me what to do the entire time that way I don’t have to look up fitness guides and I am more effective with my time
I love the variety of the workout. If I don’t particularly like one section, I know I’m only there for a few minutes. I also love how the heart rate monitor and the workout push me to work harder. I have been going for two months consistently and I have already way more muscle than I started with!

I love how I can't just decide not to go because it's scheduled, and when I get there, I don't have to wonder what I should do or wait in line for machines because it's all planned out. I have a trainer but not a personal training breathing down my neck--so if I have a question, there is someone to ask and they are paying attention to how I'm doing, but I'm not their focal point, which I don't like. I LOVE working out at Orange Theory!

I played soccer in college and OTF is the closest intensity level that I’ve found since! The coach connect is so so helpful and I like not having to think about what I’m going to do each day.

I love this studio. Everyone is so kind and I feel like they always go the extra mile for everyone. I appreciate the kindness from the coaches and the front desk. The set up of this studio is the BEST set up I’ve been in. It’s open enough I don’t feel like I’m sweating on top of the person next to me.
The way it is set up is fun. I like how you are encouraged to push yourself and to see how much you can improve each work out. It is nice to have a pace set for transitions so no one takes any long breaks, but they aren't strict either. I also just love that they play music for us.
OTF is the first workout studio I have ever joined! Any fitness level can do this!!! I love the trainers, variety of workouts, and the culture of the studio. Everyone (from other members, front desk staff, coaches ) are so helpful and friendly. Best part is the results ! This is the best investment you can make for yourself.
Added bonus is your ability to take class anywhere!! If you travel for work or pleasure you can always find a studio.

The coach was amazing . Her assistant was helpful too they made sure I was doing the workouts properly. Loved the music and the way they motivated me.
I enjoy working out on a group environment and not having to creating my own workout plan. Running on a treadmill has never been so enjoyable for me.
Number one factor is the community at Park City OT. Instructors are very personable and enthusiastic! Staff extremely friendly. Lastly, treads are in great condition!

I love the convenience and how you can get in a quick workout and be done for the day. I have a busy lifestyle so being able to dedicate an hour of my time that I don't consciously have to think about is great! I just show up and the trainers take over.
