Everything! I love that it's full body every day. I love how positive the coaches are and I love the music. I wish we had more 3G classes :(

What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety that comes with each workout. They are all unique, but are consistently challenging. I feel good after each work out, knowing that I accomplished something hard and to the best of my ability. I feel my health and strength improving the more I come. The instructors are incredible! I need someone that can plan out the workout for me and encourage me to keep going! The instructors take the time to get to know me personally, and know how to be motivating and supportive. They rock!

What do you like about our workout?

More variety in upper body, we do so many shoulder press, maybe add more bicep, triceps, and chest workout.

Other than that everything else is a 10/10 - coaches, front desk, equipment, music, vibe. Absolutely love it?

Different every time, positive energy, helps me be a “morning person,” even though I’m not. I put myself much harder in Orange Theory than with any other workout on my own.

Before going to OT I would just go out and run and that was my workout. I love OT because I am able to still do cardio, but also get a full body workout with the rower and weights.

What do you like about our workout?

I like your workouts because it gives me a variety of different levels and increases my muscle tone. For the first time in my life I finally have muscles thanks to my Orange family. Each class gives me the motivation to increase my work load not only at home but also in the laundry at the Provo Temple. Dealing with baptistery laundry is heavy stuff and I am proud of my Orange muscles to help me get through each and very load. Orange has helped me keep my momentum going and increasing not only my daily life but also keeping up on every level or challenge that is given me.

This month marks Down Syndrome Awareness month. I am however, the first woman with Down Syndrome who has joined this wonderful organization and would proudly urge all those with DS to please join Orange to find themselves in a community who loves them and accepts them for who they are and building confidence within themselves and to learn to love life and to enjoy getting fit. I enjoy it because of the atmosphere and loving classmates who cheer me on.

Easy to follow and schedule. Variety. No major preplanning or equipment needed on my part.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that I can consistently get a great cardio workout in just 1 hour. At traditional gyms it's all most impossible to get the same workout in the same amount of time.

I also like doing the weight and stabilization exercises to supplement the training I do outside of OT. It's really easy for me to come up with a strength workout on my own, but OT has a well thought out regimine of other excersizes I wouldn't know on my own.

Lastly, I like how the excercizes will vary from session to session. This keeps me from getting board or falling in a run.

Overall, all you really need to do is just show up and OT will take care of the rest.
