Tough workouts, coaches, benchmarks
The coaches are motivating and friendly and seem to really care about their members. All workouts are tough, but I don’t have to think about what to do next. It’s all planned out for me and I don’t have to wait to use equipment because we have our own stations. I just go and kill myself for an hour and then I’m done and feel great.

While you work at your on pace, you are gently encouraged to try just a little bit harder. Doing the three exercise stations works the whole body.

First time in, and loved every minute! I took a 60min with Shawnee, and she was beyond helpful the whole time. Correcting form, telling me what’s next, etc. 10/10 Recommend!
My most favorite part about the OTF workouts is the treadmill station. The trainers motivate me to push myself on the treadmill which yields quick weight loss results!
Another positive result of this was that I was able to score very high on my recent PT test!
Quarry Village OTF is a great place for a great workout. We were visiting from out of town and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. I ended up taking 3 classes with 3 different coaches and they were all fantastic. Highly reccomend.
