The workout is a full body and tough. I especially have gained strength, endurance, and power from the workouts. Of course you also have to push your own limits and not slack off. Be sure to accept all challenges they offer.
I like that they are challenging classes. It’s never the same workout. I don’t have to think about what exercise to do. Its like having a personal trainer.

Great workout, high energy from the coaches who really pay individual attention to everyone there. If you want a fun way to burn 500 calories+, this is the class for you. Cardio, weights, treadmill, all in one place.
Energetic and enthusiastic trainer! OT associate greeted me and another newbie and even worked out along with us on our first visit. I somehow miss understood red for orange and stayed mainly in the red zone. The trainer kept checking on me to see if I was alright. I felt great the whole time even though I was pushing hard. He explained afterwards what I was doing. Bottom line, I worked up a sweat and felt energized after my first visit. Looking forward to getting back in shape and feeling strong. I’m 70 years old … but feel way younger. I’ve been in a lot of programs in my life… this is a professional organization!
