Clients/Member Testimonials
I have spent the last 20+ years trying to avoid exercise. I’ve always had weight management issues and I’ve tried everything in the book to incorporate physical activity. Trainers, gym memberships etc and it wasn’t until a good friend recommended OTF to me that I finally feel like fitness is fun! It continues to kick my a** but the coaches and staff are amazing and I actually hate to miss a workout! Everyone should give a class a try!!
Everything!
Specific instruction to focus on target goals and muscle groups. Coach feedback on technique and encouragement with accountability (calling out splats, checking row monitors, etc)
The instructors are soo encouraging and I like the big variety of never having the same work out more than once.
Always changing, never the same workout each day. Works all area of fitness from cardio, hitt training and strength training. Orange Theory is great for everyone from beginner to the ultimate athlete. It provides you with coaching and a team atmosphere for all workouts. The studios use safe practices with their cleaning and continuous efforts to provide a safe workout environment. It becomes part of your life when you just give it one try!
Experienced coaches and fun workout with variety of templates.
It challenges me and I still get an awesome workout even when I do modifications on certain moves. Plus, I love the energy!
It’s well structured
It was intense, easy to get in and out.
Challenging workouts and wonderful motivating coaches who make it fun and make sure you’re doing it right and know your name as well as your strengths and weaknesses!
I love the energy of the classes. I love the coaches, the music and the actual workouts. I push myself much harder in class than I do working out on my own. I love having the coaches to correct my form or to encourage me when I struggle.
I like the benchmarks that help me keep track of my progress.
Every work out is different and always requires me to really push myself.
Orange theory North Arlington is like family. I’ve been to other orange theories and it’s not the same you just Gotta come in and experience it yourself
The variety of workouts! I love the mix of cardio and weights!
Very structured and coaches are not too overbearing. Really promote a "do the best you can" approach without killing yourself and making the workout unpleasant. Great positive reinforcement throughout the workout.
I like knowing that every time I will be challenged as well as encouraged to do my best. I also like that we are given options on floor exercises if needed.
I love that the workout is challenging and pushes me beyond where I push myself. And, at the same time, it’s not overwhelming or impossible. I also love the coaches and their encouragement.
I love the instructors, the music, the pace of the class, and the variety of exercises and blocks. Every day is different and I'm almost always sore, which means I'm benefitting from the exercises!
I am so grateful for Orange Theory. It’s the first workout I have really stuck with. The coaches are so encouraging at any level. OT Colleyville goes above and beyond to keep a clean environment. I also love my fellow work out partners!
Surprisingly, the runs.
I love Orange Theory because the workouts vary and I am pushed every time to do my best. I really enjoy the coaches and that the workouts are professionally designed to get the most out of each hour. In the year that I have attended regularly I have seen a lot of improvement in muscle tone and fitness level. Whatever age you are or fitness level, they will accommodate you. I have lost 15 pounds since joining.
You're on/out, no loitering around the weight machines like an ordinary gym. Its a 1 hour hard workout.
Great variety.
What’s there not to like. It’s best place ever
Blood, sweat and tears
Variety and coaching
Forces me to go beyond where I would go on my own. Also variety has to be great for adaptation.
My favorite part of the workout is that I can get out of it exactly what I put into it!
The coaches are great, and even though it’s a group class, I feel like I get personal training. If I have questions or need options, or maybe I need someone to guide me toward a heavier weight or faster speed on the treadmill, the coaches are there for me.
I’ve been a client for 6 years. I still enjoy it and I’m in better physical shape and healthier than I’ve ever been because of the 4 or 5 hours a week I spend at Orange Theory Keller.
The equipment , the structure of the exercise, the attention received
