The accountability and encouragement. Also appreciate when my form is corrected or when the coaches make adjustments to the workout to accommodate my back.
My favorite part is that Orange Theory has cardio machines, treadmill and rower. Most studios do not, so you get cardio through high intensity interval training. And that’s just not my style right now. The workouts are well balanced. You hit both areas of importance every time, cardio and strength.
I like the instructor lead setup. Coach Brett is great as is Shae and Becca. Shae and Becca were great when it came to showing me how to connect my phone or watch to the OT system. It ended up not working but I did purchase my own heart rate monitor and purchase my membership so I am now an official member with OTP or, as it was explained to me, OT in any location nationwide. I also appreciate the small class sizes at 7 pm.
It was great to be here for workout. Coach Nicole was great and so did the workout folks. I will visit again sometime soon.
It’s intense but we’ll worth it! I workout most of my body in most classes but If I don’t that day for sure the next day I will! Plus, you have Amazing trainers!

I like having a group workout because it keeps me motivated. The coaches have been so nice too! (It's easy to ask questions if I'm doing anything wrong.)

Professional instructor during intense workout is very motivating. The professional instructors make Orange Theory excellent workout.

Workouts are based on science, performance is measurable and instructed by very well-trained coaches.
The variations in the blocks keeps the time moving without motivating me to give it my all on every block. The accomplishment feeling after a killer workout is a bit of a addictive drug keeps me coming back.
It was great to see TJ and Sarah. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I liked the workout program. I will look forward to making in as much as I can.

I like everything about the workout. Both cardio and weights are incorporated in each workout. The workouts varies from endurance and strength. You hit the core workout which I am weakest and avoid doing otherwise. Best of all it’s programmed so I don’t have to. I just need to show up and give maximum effort.
