I love OTF because it is adaptable, flexible and efficient. I've always done better in a group class (peer pressure) setting and the coaches are SO good! They instruct AND motivate which pushes me to provide maximum effort. The HIIT workouts are always changing so it's never boring. The balance of cardio and strength training has been unlike any workouts I've tried in the past and I love that I can track progress.

I love the challenge each day. It’s a good mix of cardio and strength. I sleep better at night on days that I go to orange theory, and my days are so much more energetic. I love the coaches and how they get to know you personally and push you to do better. Orange Theory is definitely part of my daily routine and has been since 2019!
There’s something for everyone! The coaches challenge you, encourage you, and push you to be the best version of yourself.
I like that the classes are varied and coached by enthusiastic personnel. It’s nice to show up, follow the instructions and get a great workout and not have to plan and organize a workout of my own.
What I like about Orangetheory is how varied the workouts are. I like how each workout incorporates both weights and cardio and I never find myself bored. I have noticed that my endurance has improved and I have gotten stronger since doing the workouts and I have been a member for several years. The coaches are wonderful. They help with correcting form and always have a positive, encouraging attitude which helps make it fun to workout. I would highly recommend Orangetheory to anyone.

I love how the workouts are structured, it's not just cardio. It's well thought out to focus on a total body workout! There are modifications that allow me to accomplish the same movements but to my own comfort. The Coaches are engaging and follow up with me when I may be struggling. For a full class, I'm impressed with the level of attention the coaches try to give you a personal experience!
I like that it’s different every day. When I have gone to the gym alone, I get bored and ending up leaving before I really workout. Habing a coach there keeps me motivated.
It's a complete body workout thru the week, that is dictated to you to follow. You as the person can choose how hard you want to go that day.
If you commit to it, OTF is an *outstanding* workout to use as the basis for a complete fitness regime. The heart rate-targeted cardio coupled with simple-but-effective resistance training is a great (occasionally exhausting) way to efficiently hit your workout goals. The fact that the programming changes daily also helps to keep things interesting, and I have had no problems staying motivated. The coaches also are fantastic - all of them do a great job of describing and pacing the different parts of the workout and also providing feedback (if needed) on things like exercise form and cadences. The program is worth way more than the cost of a membership!

Love the friendly greetings I always get when I walk in the door. The staff members make a point to address everyone by their first name, which adds to the welcoming environment. The coaches are experienced, positive and enthusiastic. They recognize the variety in fitness levels in every class and are always ready to offer suggestions or exercise modifications to enhance my workout experience.
