Everyone was welcoming and I liked the intro to the workout. I was quiet for the class, as I am out of shape, but look forward to making new friends in the 10 am class!
It is already planned out for me. I don’t have to think. I like the fact that we do weights, run and row. The staff is great and the coaches are awesome. I can go at my own pace or push myself and it’s usually the latter. I like the support and enthusiasm from the staff, coaches and the participants.
The workouts use all muscle groups. This is very important to me as I get older and older. I am a runner and the OT workout has improved my running.
So many variations
I love the challenge of this workout, the mix of cardio and strength training, but most of all I love how the trainers check in with you during the class to make sure you are feeling okay.

I love that I don't have to figure it out...I'm guided through every part of the workout! The coaches hype us up, help us out and provide everything we need for a great workout! I have been so happy with my experience and I'm only a little over a month in! It's been just what I've needed to kickstart my health reboot!
Always different but balanced

I love orange theory fitness so much! I’ve been going for 3 years now and it’s the best most efficient workout I’ve ever done. I used to think group fitness wasn’t fun or hard enough but OTF proved me wrong
My own station
I like that I don't feel judged when I am there. I hate gyms because I feel like everyone is watching and judging me. The coaches are so nice and very encouraging. The people at the front desk are very nice and approachable.
Fast-paced, I don't get bored

The workout changes enough to keep it interesting, but keeps enough of the same elements so it's not something brand new every time. It's so nice just being able to turn my brain off and do what I'm told instead of creating my workouts myself! I appreciate that exercises are included I know I wouldn't do on my own, so I end up working muscles I otherwise wouldn't. Plus, the coaches and other members are friendly and supportive -- it's just a great experience!
