Good variety of exercises and cardio makes the 60 min workout go by fast.
I like that I can push myself and nobody is yelling at me to do more than I can, I also like the guide on the side of the treadmill to help me push myself
It was nice that I could structure it around what I can do and the instructor helped me make some modification's for my physical abilities.

I’m able to burn a lot of calories. It’s a combination of cardio and weights. Also the instructors are super supportive and encouraging!
It's challenging, but fun. I always feel good after an OTF workout. More energy, better sleep. I recommend it to anyone looking to add a rigorous workout to their fitness routine.

Great cardio workout, very challenging and scale able.
I love the push rhe instructor gives. I went to my first Orange theory class this past Sunday ans Brenda was amazing. I haven't been that sweaty in so long. I loved it.
