Really like not having to think when working out. You just follow the training and 1 hour is done quick. The workouts are different everytime as well, which is great for the body and doesn't get boring.

I LOVE THE COACHES (Marla, Stephanie, Dustin & Trey- North Mackinney)!!! I like that it is a structured workout that gives me the opportunity to compete against myself. It challenges me and OTF is like family.
The workouts are perfect; they are challenging, and I love the variety of exercises. Before OTF, I paid over $1K a month for a personal trainer and gym membership, and I got nowhere near the results I achieved at OTF. I also credit that success to the trainers; they are amazing.

I enjoy the entire workout when it comes to OTF.
I took the 60 minute 2G class with Nick. This was exactly what I needed to bring my workout game up a notch. I'm a NASM certified personal trainer but lately I have struggled with getting out of my own head and keeping the intensity up during my own workouts. Nick had be motivated and pushing myself the entire class, I burned over 550 calories during the class and he gave me a few tips that helped me activate my glutes better while squatting and better control my gait patterns while jogging and running. I ended up purchasing 10 sessions after my first class and I'm trying to drag my boyfriend to a class as well.

The fact is that I hate working out. I am incredibly jealous of everyone else who seems to enjoy it and tells me they get such a great feeling afterward. But I know it is necessary and OTF zones and splat points keep me motivated by making me feel like I am making actual progress in each workout. I need that or I lose all motivation.
Love that I don't have to know what to do for an effective workout. The different and varied exercises every time as well as the direction and encouragement of the coaches ensure that I'm getting what I need.

It is a different, kick butt workout everyday. Trainers are great and get to know each and everyone’s name and then helps push you through the workout.
It is challenging and different every day. I like that the work out is planned and I don't have to think about what to do at each station.
