Very fun, yet challenging workouts . The facility is always clean and well keep. All of the coaches are extremely friendly and push you to achieve your results. Lastly, a strong sense of community exists amongst the other members.

The coaches push me. If I was to attempt the same workout on my own, I would quit before the workout was complete. It is a love hate relationship with the classes. I love the calorie burn and the motivation most of all.
Great calorie burn! The coaches are all personable and take the time to get to know you.
Parking is easy, arrangement of exercise equipment is convenient, and classes are smaller than other locations I have been to, therefore coaching is more personal.
Great workout. Sarah is great at helping with correct form in the weight room as well as on the rower. I love the variety and intensity of the workouts. I’ve lost inches and feel trimmer and toner already and I’ve been a member for less than 2 months.

Lately there has been too much shoulders. Most women don’t want enlarged or even defined shoulders. Most of the attendees in our location are women.

Intense workout with great coaches. I don’t think I have ever done the same workout twice - so no boredom in repetition. Something new every workout, but always challenging. Has taught me more about mental toughness than I’ve ever found with other workouts...
I like the total body work out. I also like the way my coach gently pushes me to work a little harder
