nice 90 min workout. only negative is the rowing machines and core "lift" spaces are a little too crowded. Place 1 where i was did not have much room...

Great well rounded workout in one hour!
OT has helped give me a reason to get up early and take care of my body. I have heart disease and not only did OT help to get me to the weight I need to be at, but provide the core, conditioning, and cardio I never got out of my own paced gym workouts.
I love the fact that I can take 55 minutes of my morning two or three days a week to get a well rounded workout that has given me fantastic results. The workouts also help me to maintain a better diet so that I don't waste the efforts of my Orange Theory workouts.
I am 58 and have not felt this good with diet and exercise ever. My wife and I travel a lot and our trips always have some sort of cardio involved knowing or unknowingly and OT has made the trips more enjoyable.
The variety of workouts
I like the heart rate monitor and screen data on calories and heart rate as it quantifies a workout HIIT effect on my heart rate during the workout, a key indicator of a workout's cardiovascular effectiveness. Based on my workouts historical monitoring, I can also tell more about my nutrition levels, hydration, sleep and state of mind based on how well I do during a workout.
I add 2 or 3 lap swimming sessions with the 2 or 3 OTF sessions per week I normally do as I find that at 71 years old, that is the optimum mix of low impact overall training with a normal OTF session and a single Lift 45.
The results are tangible from working out at OTF, the coaches are superb, especially Bryan at the Slaughter Ave , Austin location.
Love this workout! Always different, always fun, always challenging. I look forward to working out each week. Great environment and workouts! Trainers are amazing and encouraging. I’ve increased my fitness level and my energy so much. Highly recommend!
