Great fitness program; great coaches
I really like the music selection! It motivates me and keeps me going. When a studio doesn’t care about music it shows. But lantana always has upbeat music and doesn’t let the songs drag on. The songs are always changing as if I was listening to music in the club.

They are full body workouts that are actually FUN! I was surprised by how easy it was to really push myself during the workout. The class design is great for all levels of physical fitness. I'm only two classes in and I feel great! I can't wait to see how I feel in a week or two!

Coaches have personality and enthusiasm. Workouts are always varied and never boring.
I’ve never done the same workout twice. And some of these exercises, I would never do myself. So it pushes me to do better and be better.

Honestly I love Orange Theory! It’s motivating and every day is different 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Especially those who are not motivated to work out like I was.
My coach Mark was very informative and encouraging. He knew I had a back injury and helped to modify my workout during class. I enjoyed the workout itself. It never was boring. We are constantly doing something different so the time really did fly by fast. I was quite surprised to see how many calories I had burned afterwards.

The most effective, efficient work out I’ve ever done. Friendly coach, helpful desk attendants.
You get to work out your whole body, challenge yourself at your own pace, and do it all without getting bored or the workout becoming repetitive. Plus, the time goes by super fast! It’s also great to be able to see an assessment of heart rate, calories burned etc. afterwards.
Coaches at this gym are very encouraging and give great feedback on improving form, I have attended sessions from Tony & Chris. Mario and Preston were also very friendly and helpful.
Everything is very well structured & I enjoyed the coaches motivating the group through out the sessions.
It's efficient and I don't have to think too much about it. Cardio and weights in one hour and over 400 calories burned every time. Boom! It's a challenging workout, yet very doable and easy to fit into my schedule - even as a working mom.
It was a great experience, I used to try many gyms around the world. Always felt like tired and boring, now sounds like I'm doing the right thing. Stephen is amazing, super attentive.
