I love the competitive atmosphere, but it’s not competing with anyone but myself. The coaches push me to be the best version of myself, correct my form when I get lazy, and genuinely care about my physical and mental health. OTF Hendersonville has quickly become a home for me!

OrangeTheory is a fabulous workout studio! the staff and trainers are always available to assist with any issues. Its really one of the Best studios for a full body workout and especially with Trainers who provide one/one assist when needed and always encouraging with our personal goals. I have been a member since 2014 and have loved every moment!

The team the coaches I'm just starting exceriseing again after 3 year's off, still trying to learn the routines but helpful staff as well . I did a 3 day class this week to see if I could handle it went 2 days back to back and I'm feeling it. So hopefully I can get where I can do what everyone does to move more quickly and build more muscle mass and hopefully lose a little more weight. Plus I have to give my daughter a shout out since she got me to go Courtney she's apart of the staff as well.Getting out of my comfort zone is a change,never really been to a gym like this before always used to walk 5 miles a day up and down hills live in the country. Things happened got off track now trying to get back on track but I'm older now, lost a lot of weight just trying to keep it up and build some muscles. I love the rowers and I have a treadmill at home but got to incline 8 speed 3 I'm proud of myself the 1st day I was keeping up with the class now if I can get there on the floor exercises I'll be okay. Great friendly staff, coaches, and people.
