That they’re already planned for you- don’t have to figure out what to do. That the coaches motivate and make sure form is right. That you switch a lot so it doesn’t get old so if the same thing for an entire hours. What I DON’T like is partner work outs. At all. I think we should be notified well in advance of when they will be so we can opt out without losing a class credit.

I love everything about my workout. I may never workout anywhere else again. I would love it even more if you offered poweraid drinks again. I usually am getting there in a rush after work and more times than not I haven't eaten enough so my blood sugar drops by 4 or 5 pm. I only drink those in situations where its urgent not as a substitute for water. We have drinks at our workplace because our clients who spend a couple of hours at our business at at time do need to drink these at times to help them regulate their blood sugar so the don't pass out.
You've mentioned before that you keep them in the back for those certain people that need them, but a few months back I asked and the person at the desk said there were none.
I do my best to pack nuts or healthy snacks but my work schedule is hectic and I can't always be prepared.
