The coaches are great. They are knowledgeable and encouraging. They give modifications for exercises if needed. When I came back after two months due to an injury, the SAs, coaches and other members enthusiastically welcomed me back. It is great to workout in an encouraging environment where everyone wants to see your fitness improve. Additionally, the workouts are varied which is great for fitness.

I was looking for an exercise program that focuses on getting my cardiovascular system stronger. At age 62, this seems to be the best work out program for me. I just have to show up and push myself to MY limits.
