The front desk staff is awesome too, so welcoming and they learn everyone’s name so quickly. Green Hills is the best!

Difficult workout but easy to pace myself as a newbie
All I have to do is show up with a can do attitude. Coaching staff provides the what and for how long and inject just the right amount of challenge for you to do better than you thought you could that day! Even on days when I show up and am convinced I only have about 50% I’m usually so glad I went and checked that box! I feel better, more relaxed, stronger, capable of handling whatever is coming next! As a teacher and a mom, I don’t want to plan anything else out. At OTF I show up and move my body for 60 minutes knowing I am getting a great workout. The nonscale victories are numerous and sometimes surprising when you realize you just did something you couldn’t when you started.
Have know about Orange Theory for years. Recently moved to Murfreesboro and finally made the plunge. Very first interaction was my call to book my first appointment. It went very well and made me look forward to my first visit. My first visit was excellent. I was greeted and given a quick tour of the facilities. The coach then showed me around the exercise room and explained the workouts to me. The first workout was great. I didn't push myself too hard because I have been inactive for a few weeks. But I broke a sweat and burned some calories (and I could feel it the next day). The following days workout was even better because the class was nearly full and there was a ton of energy in the room. Plus, several very kind regulars pointed me in the right direction as we made the first few rotations.
I enjoy the highly structured workout and coaching. The fitness tracking, heart rate zones, and overall gamification help to keep me focussed and moticated. Convenient hours.
The workouts vary and are conducted at a realistic pace which allows a wide range of ages and physical capabilities to be served effectively.
I don’t have to think about it. I just show up and the workout is already built.

It’s an intense as I choose to make it on top of a challenging lineup of exercises. I love the personalities of my coach, the friendly atmosphere provided the staff. Most importantly, I love the brevity of each challenge before I’m presented with another.
