It’s 1 hour, full body, always on time. In, out done. There are many personal reasons I LOVE OTF- music, team type environment, challenging workouts, convenient location, convenient class times, made new friends!

I love everything about OTF workouts. They are always high energy, they are different every time, the coaches are amazing, I never have to think about my own workout plan, I come and listen and work, and leave feeling accomplished for meeting the challenges of the workout!

Never boring. Being able to monitor my heart rate early on and match it to how I was feeling helped me push myself in a safe manner. Now, it is fun to watch the numbers add up!

That they are never the same
The staff is encouraging and helpful. And the other members are friendly. I am 81 and there are some (many?) activities I am unable to do, but my coach is there to offer alternatives and assistance. Many of my friends didn't think I would last a month; I'm in my 4th month!
Everythinh to be honest, but to name a few -Structure, ability to modify.
