OTF has changed my mind about what a "gym" is about. At OTF you are always moving, always being given instruction on what to do next and the correct way to do it.
I like that it combines multiple formats, that it's fast pace in terms of the limited downtime, and that its goals focused. The visual biometrics are fantastic because it helps you to stay focused on your goals. It shows you where you are and you're able to put in the necessary work to get where you want to be. Coach Ashley was super focused on making sure our forms were good so that we get the most out of our efforts. The entire experience is great and you get the feeling that the whole gym is working to help you succeed.
The combination of group and personal and that I can go at my pace yet have direction at the same time instead of having to think "what shpuld I do now, what machines should I be using, am i doing enough", ect.
I like the variety of running, weight lifting, and rowing and that no 2 classes are the same. They're challenging but doable and it pushes you to achieve things you didn't think you could do.

The coaches are the absolute best and exceptional motivators.
I haven't had a class yet, but I called about visiting this location from another OT gym and spoke with Cody who was wonderfully patient and thorough in going through what my options are with my complicated travel schedule (I ended up buying a class pass). He left a terrific impression on me and I look forward to meeting him (thanking him in person) and attending some classes at this location (because of him) while I'm in town.
I beyond highly recommend OTF Chelsea! The OTF family is the absolute best! The coaches are kind and compassionate - I cannot say enough about how much they support me (Richard, Chris, Ash, Cass, Jon - everyone!). I am so thankful to have found a gym and team of coaches that makes me comfortable and continues to support my progress.
I like that while it’s instructor led, the instructor will offer feedback as you’re completing the exercise. Every workout I’ve done so far has been a little different, even with the same instructor. Then, being a competitive person, I love the splat points concept (i know it’s not the focus) because it motivates me to workout harder.
I love OT for its diverse workouts, the energy of the coaches and best of all that amazing feeling of accomplishment I get every time I leave the studio:))
