Great intensity, driven instructors and diverse workouts
Variety -- moving from block to block helps the hour go by quickly. And the floor/weight/rowing work are things I wouldn't do on my own, so I appreciate the opportunity to round out my other workouts (running, yoga, barre) with different activities.

It is always a different workout and always challenging
I love everything about OrangeTheory. It has changed my life. When I began, in 2019, I was 225 lbs, horribly out of shape, and depressed. Now, four years later, I'm down to 185, and a lot of that is muscle. I am reasonably happy and my life is totally clearly better.
Everything, the coaches, the staff, the cleanliness of the facility and the workouts themselves!
I love having metrics to give me clues about how hard or not hard to push myself. I love the coaches, who provide just the right balance of guidance and letting me have autonomy. And I love the realistic goal setting that the whole system encourages.

Cheerful and effective
I love the perfect balance it brings. We work strength and cardio equally for the most part. Some days we work on power, others we work on endurance. I leave every class knowing that whatever we worked on is actively making me a stronger and more agile person. It's easy to get bored while working out, so having time limits and reachable goals makes it fun. I LOVE a good tornado or run/row day because it keeps me alert. I also love how passionate the coaches are. I've taken classes with Adriana, Mallory, and Chris, and they're all lovely humans. Not only do they want you to excel, but they also want to make sure you feel supported. Whenever folks seem to be struggling, they won't make them feel dumb or lazy. They'll encourage pulling back/modifying. All while having fantastic personalities -- I'll be out of breath on the rowers, but then I'd randomly start laughing at something the coaches have said.
Great instructors and a good workout
I always feel AMAZING after a workout at OTF. I don’t even realize I’m burning so many calories because its so fun and the coaches are super engaging! It’s perfect for everyone since you can work at your own pace while still having a guided class. Love you OTF!

It’s an intense, full body work out and I can monitor my efforts with the heart rate. I love that I’m not excepted to run as fast as my neighbor as long as I’m running and working according to my heart rate
