I liked the instructor Maggie, she is great! She pushes me to do more in my workouts than I normally would and helps when I’m unsure of how to do something! The workouts are definitely a great set up , even for someone like me who is very out of shape!

Variable, challenging and fun!
I like being pushed to do things like running, but in a sustainable time frame. And I like that all the exercises are broken down into intervals that are doable, but also challenge you. I also like that I can scale as I get stronger/faster.
The motivating coaches at my gum
I enjoy the different workouts everyday, and that it’s a surprise coming in. I do wish there were more lift class options. And some later afternoon classes on the weekend. But overall orange theory is helping me make positive changes and transformation on my body.

Music tends to get pretty stale and repetitive if you attend multiple classes per week. I would also like some more options for 90 minute classes instead of just twice per month. Other than that, it’s been great!

The workouts are intense, the coaches keep me accountable, and I get a great sweat and full body workout in an hour!

Coach Aaron always plays the best music, is motivating, fun, and encourages me with tips to improve my form but also compliments me when he notices that I’m working hard! I appreciate that. OTF has made me healthier and stronger!
It has been so motivating going to bed and knowing first thing in the morning I will be pushing myself to be better with OTF. Each workout has fulfilled that.
