I have been going to Orangetheory for 3 1/2 years. I started in the beginning of the pandemic with some outdoor workouts they were offering. I absolutely adore the programming, the coaches and the staff. In fact, just last week, I managed to hustle in after work with my gym bag, and to discover I only had one sneaker in my bag! Cecily, the manager immediately took the shoes off of her feet and offered them to me so that I could work out!?! Who does that? Harrisburg Orangetheory does. They absolutely treat you like family. I highly recommend. I have met and surpassed many of my own fitness goals for , strength, endurance, and maintaining a healthy weight.
The music is great. The facility is clean and smells good. Staff is nice, fun snd encouraging. The location is easy to get to!
The coaches are the best part! 1300 classes in and still love it!
I love the energy, the sense of community, the awesome coaches, the mix of cardio & strength in the workouts, and that the workouts are different every time.
I love the fact that the coaches don’t let me go easy! I love that OTF is the only program I’ve tried that really works. The studios are great and I guess I’ve either been lucky or you really good at hiring the right people but the desk folks are so so friendly and fun.

I think it is a great workout for anyone who likes structure or is not very athletic. The coaches are great and will help adjust parts of the workout to accommodate for injury or orthopedic restrictions. They want to see you grow and reach your potential which is very encouraging.
Lancy and Cody are always fun and energetic, making the workouts enjoyable.
I like how the workouts allow me to feel accomplished. It is easy to get my workout done because of the guidance and support. Overall I prefer OT over a gym.

I like the knowledge of the trainers and willingness of the trainers to help orient newcomers. I like how the variabliity of the workout regimens. I like the comraderie of my fellow workout peers and congenial atmosphere of the work out classes.

The workouts are motivating and effective. The coaches and staff are amazing. The overall community is inclusive and encouraging. I look forward to all of my OTF classes. I always find the classes to be challenging and rewarding. I find myself talking to my friends about the workouts and the results I am seeing. I found my abs! As an older female that is an accomplishment!!

I would like it if you could offer more upper body and core workouts. Most of the workouts are geared towards legs.
Friendly , fun space
I like that the workout is challenging. I like the trainers and feel like they want to get to know you. I'm a runner & OT has really helped me become faster. I also like the community. If you go at a certain time, you start to get to know people.
