It’s a great workout. You get cardio & weight training all in one hour. The coaches are fun & encouraging. There’s plenty of time slots to choose from so I can fit my workout into my schedule.

Love how friendly and welcoming all the staff are! They all cared that I that I felt comfortable before/during/after the workout and checked in on my frequently during the session. Workout area was very updated and clean. I signed up after my first class and am excited to begin my OT routine!

Love everything about the workout. Anytime I cancel my membership I always end up coming back because nothing compares.
Just very disappointed that my studio canceled the 5 am classes every Tuesday and Thursday. It’s the only studio in the Charlotte area that did this. It’s too early in the morning to go trekking to another studio that is farther away from my home.
The staff at Ballantyne is top notch - everyone is friendly and takes the time to get to know members! High energy coaches, great playlists, super clean studio.

It’s always different but you get a little bit of everything.
Being a ex-NCAA athlete, I like that I do not have to plan anything for my workout, simply show up and put in the effort. I like that the workouts consist of both weight lifting and cardio. The give on the treadmills is a huge bonus for my surgically repaired hips and lower body.
I love the cross between strength training and cardio.

I love the purposely thought out combination of exercises and equipment for every class. On my own, I would never think to do what the class has us do, and I don’t have to. I am always in and out in the specified class timeframe, compared to completing a workout on my own. I push harder with coaching and classmates compared to on my own. The class can be as challenging as you want it to be, so it’s applicable to all fitness levels, plus the others inspire you more effectively than on your own. I loved to run and lift weighs before I found OTF, always trying to improve at both…and I get to do that every day.
