I like that it is different and challenging every class. The coaches are very inspiring to make you push yourself a little more. Best part of the day is when you walk out of the studio knowing you did something good for yourself. Love it!

The quality and science behind each workout, plus the enthusiasm and knowledge of the coaches are part of what makes OTF so effective and motivating. Above all, of course, is the way I feel when I leave a class and the results I get over time. Bottom line: I love this place.
I love OT I have a very physical job but need to work other muscle groups and you can do that there with all the different routines. The coaches are great and I love the music. Thanks!!
I love the coaches, staff, and people! The workouts are always challenging! I only wish they had a 5am workout every weekday, so I could go more!
I love OT and have been a member for at least 3 years.
Every workout is a new and challenging workout. Each instructor has their own style of encouragement, music and personality. There are always modifications to exercises if needed. No matter what your fitness level or age might be, you will find yourself challenged to the max or modified to your ability. Love OT, it is a common sense approach to lifelong fitness.
Tons of burn in an hour. Constant motivation. Different workout everyday.

I would like to call out Holly for her fantastic playlists! She frequently plays music for the "older" generation, there is nothing more motivating than to work out to 80's music!
