Great workout in a short period of time and an always changing workout.
Each workout is a different challenge. Love the coaches at Rock Hill as well, encouraging and push us. Feel a sense of community as well.
It is a class so we don’t have to figure out what exercise to do or muscle to work.
It is intense enough to feel a difference but you can regulate base on your needs.

I really like the workout format. I do feel like the turnover recently of coaches at my location is concerning, especially as the new coaches don’t measure up to those who departed and doubt their development over time will get them there either. OTF should make a better effort to retain their top coaches. I may switch locations.

Push and momentum
I like the constant changes in work out from class to class and within the class, the energy of the studio/ instructors and the cleanliness.
I love the effectiveness of the workouts and how much we get done in an hour. We really maximize our time. I love that it is always high energy and we cheer each other on.
