I do feel 2G are boring specially on treadmill as same stuff for like 45 or 5 times.
They should combine with just using balls or rowing will be good

I love the variety, the motivation from the coaches, and the different challenges each month that push me to keep progressing.
The workout is challenging but you can individualize it to your ability. The coaches are great. Having the heart monitor is key for me to know how I’m doing and if I need to slow down or speed up.
I have never met a kinder staff. They are also pleasant and helpful. Coach Layla is also the best of the best. She motivates me to push harder find the alternative effective exercises for my injury. Just all-around an amazing place.

I love having coaches who are always encouraging me to keep pushing without feeling like I am overdoing it in my workouts. I also love having a workout planned for me to where I just have to show up and do and the thinking part is out of the equation.

Efficient and tough if you want it to be
Karen and I have found that the Orange Theory program fits with our life style and the program is adjustable to our abilities in concert with the input from the Trainers. Karen likes to follow a program. I like activity, but I have a short attention span for many things and I get bored.
The location that we use is spotless. The employees are always on top of the operation: From the time that you step in the door, we are greeted with smiles and ready to respond to anything that the athletes might need or want.
Most recently I have found that the newer trainers seem to be trying different sets of repititions or excercises. I like the surprise changes. I appreciate your out reach.

I've been pushing myself more then normal, and running more which I love.
As someone who is very analytical and data focused, I like being able to see how my numbers change over time. It allows me to see my own improvement through data even if I myself don't feel like I am. I like that the workouts are pre-planned and I don't have to think about it. And the coaches really do make a huge difference in my morale and motivation to continue to push and improve. Before OrangeTheory I tried working out on my own, but it didn't stick for very long; I got lazy, and even then the workouts that I did do on my own weren't very intense because I didn't feel safe to push myself that hard where OTF provides the environment to do so. Signing up for classes is like a commitment to me, to make sure that I set aside time for my health and actually go and attend those classes; I like the accountability.

It’s a different workout each day so I don’t get bored! Coaches are peppy and motivating, equipment is clean and well maintained. OTF has made workouts fun for me!
I love the structure and that the coaches push you but also let you work at your own pace. It’s high energy and the availability of classes works well with my schedule!

I’ve struggled a lot in the past to find a workout routine that benefited me, and Orange Theory is the only one that gives me results and also makes me feel amazing when the workout is finished.

Being able to go at your own pace. You are able to choose if you want to participate in the other events like dri tri. The respect and kindness of the staff and trainers.

The coaches are fabulous. I like hour they watch and correct my form. I like the commitment of losing a class if I cancel within 8 hours as it gets me to go even when I could easy say no.
