I am on week 2 of my membership, and I love it! The gym has great energy, and all of the coaches and associates are amazing. I have been looking for an alternative to a big-box gym where I feel challenged and can get an effective workout in a short amount of time. As a long-distance triathlete, I prefer to train by heart rate, so this fit perfectly!

Well choreographed. Clean. Great trainers. Good mix (musically). Fastest hour. You’ll always work harder than you think you would going in.
I like how there are different exercises throughout the class that focus on different muscles. The coaches are always there to help as well.

I like everything about our orangetheory workouts they are challenging and different each time. They cover all aspects of fitness. Cardio endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance. If you stick with it and just try to do your best your overall health and fitness will improve to a level you may not have thought was possible.
Everyday is different and it’s always a great workout!

It is always different, but always a combination of cardio and strength training.
Good variance in class focus/structure/content. I really like the pace of class and the amount of work that is done. I look forward to trying the Strength 50 classes.
Challenging but achievable. You push yourself as much as you want or as capable as you are . Instructors are encouraging but realize limitations. Fun in a group setting. People in the class like minded and get down to business. Not a social club during work outs.

The coaches motivation and knowledge are the two biggest thing. Without them I would not be where I am physically.
Consistent quality
The varied workouts, the fast pace, the ability to tailor the workout to my age and athletic level, the friendly and informed trainers, the fact I leave sweaty and know I’ve worked my body toward greater health, the 55 minute workout that makes me feel like I get “my money’s worth”.
It keeps me consistent!
