There are so many things I love about your workout! I love the new challenge each session presents. Even with the new format in which workouts repeat every few weeks, we are given an opportunity to challenge ourselves and to directly witness our improvement. Our coaches at OTF Sudbury always encourage us to "get uncomfortable" and reach for the stars so to speak, yet give us the space and support to grow at our own pace. I truly do not believe I would be as committed and as successful as I have been in my OTF journey if it weren't for Shannon, Lizz, Albert, and Kyle. They are what makes OTF Sudbury truly special and a standout from other studios. Our SAs Rhiannon, Tyler, Carla, and Bianca are also second to none - always helpful, with a warm smile of greeting and words of encouragement.
Challenging and engaging
I went to an introductory class and coach Mike was absolutely amazing. I was nervous and he put my mind to ease and checked on me repeatedly throughout the class. I will definitely recommend orange theory to my friends. It was also the best workout I have had in a long time.
