The teachers and the format are excellent. The facilities are clean and they have good communication overall. I get in a good workout and it’s worth the time and money. Finding something that’s a challenge, but can alsomeet you as you progress is exactly what I found at Orangetheory.

Easy learning curve for beginners. Adapts to all ages and body types. Option to compete for those that wants it. CrossFit for introverts.
Everything and everyone. Coaches, staff and members are all great. I enjoy how it’s become part of my routine and how the workouts change each day, week, and month.
Only thing needed is a second coaches stand (35s, 45s, 55s, 65s). Each strength class the coaches stand gets emptied. The same when 2G&3G are total body. Would be ideal to have a coaches stand on each side of the room.
