Variety and balance of types of exercises
Well for the 6th year in a row, I consider Orange Theory to be the indispensable foundation of both my physical and mental health. The equipment's great, The workouts are better, but the instructors are best. I love OT.

I think they're excellent! The coaching is awesome, and I feel so lucky to be able to go to class every week! I'm currently in the Transformation Challenge, and it's such a supportive and positive experience. I love the OTF community!
It's as difficult as I want to make it (or not, depending on how I'm feeling). It's good that it includes compound movements and things that improve balance ... I think these are under-appreciated but important. The strength and tread classes are great because I know exactly what I'm getting.

Everything. The fact that the workout changes every day is very appealing; the treadmills and rowing machines are new equipment; that the weight training exercises are projected on the wall…and all the trainers are very welcoming and upbeat.
It is always varied and you build and grow based on your own capabilities. The coaches are amazing- fun, energetic, knowledgeable and encouraging. You get a great balance of cardio and strength. Its totally addictive!
I really enjoy the cardio workout, and how much attention the coach pays to technique. The strength training sometimes seems a little oddly designed, but I come from a powerlifting background so have a fundamentally different idea about how to structure strength training. I recognize that Orange is not powerlifting and enjoy it for what it is, but mostly I love it for the cardio health benefits, fun workouts and community.
I like the flexibility, the ability for each participant to work at their individual fitness level, and the support/guidance of the instructors
