Coaches push but are friendly. Variety in floor exercises. Ability to choose your own difficulty on treads. Coaches come around and give tips on form for rowing and weights.

Workouts are different every day so you're working on different muscle groups than the previous day. Because of the different workouts, the classes aren't boring.

I really like how intense the workout is but you're always going at your own pace and the instructors are encouraging but they don't call you out or force you to push harder.

Steady hard and done in one hour
I really like how the workouts are broken up into segments. The hour goes by fast. You can push yourself as much or as little as you want. Each class is different and works different aspects of your body.
Highly recommend anyone looking to get back into shape.
It is the most comprehensive workout I have had and I have done a lot a lot of workouts in my lifetime.
