Very lively cardio workout with great music and "fun" atmosphere! People show up because they want to get back in-shape and enjoy the company of a group session. The coaches are always enjoyable to listen to and they usually have an inspiring message. Just great motivation and you feel like you did something useful for improving your health!

I like that the workout is fast paced, has variety, and there is a coach to guide the activity and provide alternate exercise options. I like that the studio temperature is always cold enough to allow for a vigorous workout without getting overheated.

The staff is first class that completely motivates me to have correct form and encourages everyone to succeed. I am so happy with the group fitness workout templates and I can start seeing the changes it has in my own life. I would recommend the studio to anyone.

I like that the workout is different everything. The coaches have good energy and the change in music recently with it being more of a mix of genres and years is encouraging.
That it is time limited (one hour), it changes every time/there is variety, and I always feel like I got a good workout in.
