Love the motivation from the instructors. They offer tips on form and correction so you learn how to properly do the exercise. Front desk employee so nice and overall vibe of the studio is relaxed (not pushy) and positive.

The work out was different from any other I have participated in
I enjoy the classes and feel a sense of accomplishment towards my fitness goals. My cardiovascular endurance has increased since joining Orangetheory. The only down side of my Mount Dora studio is the amount of heavy weights. I hope soon we will have a second rack!

I like how it is a fast, paced, consolidated workout- so efficient. I also really like the size of the studio. I wouldn't enjoy a class any more crowded.
I was very hesitant to join or do the 1st workout even though it was free. Therexwas no readon to be apprehensive. Staff not pushy at all.
Excellent staff, knowledgeable, explained things well enough to get started on day 1. I was concerned it would be too much, an hour? Even though I did some working out it was exactly what I needed. It was not too much but actually it was an impressive experience. You can push yourself as much if you'd like and between the rowers, treadmills, weights it was the total body work out. I booked 8 sessions a month started on my 2nd day there. Price actually was good for what you get and I'd never approach this type of work out on my own. Supplementing it with other work outs on off days is great. Looking forward to the next class. Instructors during classes push you but not like a drill Instructor would.

I love that I don't have to think about working out including what music to listen to. The coaches tell me what to do every minute I am there and I know I am getting a better workout than if I were to go to a gym on my own. I am encouraged by the coaches as well as accountability from other regulars from the classes I attend. I love the positivity from the staff and how they meet you were you are with your fitness goals.
Coach Bobby 😂😂😂😂 I love the coaches and how they challenge me. Bobby and Shelby have been great additions. Knowledgeable coaches make it worth it for me.

Always a great workout! Where else can you get strength, tread and rowing in an hour!!

The studio is very clean - Kelly is a terrific owner and her staff are hard working at their training and friendly and very approachable. The workouts are varied and it has been very beneficial to my health and well- being.

I love that you can work at your own level as not everyone is the same. The workouts are just the right amount of cardio and floor exercises with weight. It's challenging but doable. The coaches provide good direction and assist if necessary. So glad I signed up!
