I love the variety and energy, though I do wish Navy Yard offered more Lift45 classes (ideally once a day, but Monday at 8:15am would be amazing!), and I wish we had towel service back. As a premium studio we are still paying for this amenity, but haven't had it since COVID.

I love how Orangetheory is a full body workout, and that every day is different. My partner and I workout together and OTF is the perfect balance for us - we can each push ourselves individually while still also experiencing the same workout together. We also travel quite frequently, and love being able to hop into a studio in whatever city we're visiting and knowing we're getting the same exact workout as our home studio. :)
It is intense but manageable and it is fun. It pushes me and makes me stronger.

It's challenging but doable because you can scale it to your fitness level.
The monitor motivates me to work harder or to give myself a break when I need one. The coaches are also amazing and help tailor the exercises to fit my needs when I’m injured.
It’s a full body workout, so even though I usually only go twice a week, I still feel like I’m getting a lot done! I was never a runner, but I gave it a shot and ended up liking it; I never thought that would happen. And if I’m not feeling a run, power walking at a incline will still kick my butt. Last but not least, the coaches are awesome - so motivating and helpful!

It’s insanely hard and fun - best workout there is around! Great variety. Works your whole body. Every day is different.
I love the mix of cardio and strength training. I have never been a runner, but the format has added running to my life in a less intimidating way. The coaches push me, but in an encouraging way. I feel as though my fitness is the strongest and most well-rounded point of my life!
Love love love! I always feel like my time was used wisely. I’m the right amount of tired and rejuvenated.
