It’s a fun workout with options for every fitness level in a judgment free zone! I love the friendly coaches and staff. I especially appreciate that the coaches provide individual attention during class to make form corrections without interrupting the pace of the class. I’d gone to another popular national brand HIIT studio for several years that was much more expensive and I sometimes felt like I was being judged if I didn’t keep up with the numbers called out; I appreciate dimension the heart rate monitor provides at orange theory to assess your effort relative to your heart rate rather than the number on the tread or weight. I wish I’d started sooner!
