It's the perfect balance of strength and cardio while having a live view of how much we are burning and working.
I like the pace, it's designed to keep your heart rate up and focus constant so you don't get bored and slack. I also appreciate that the coaches take time to give personal tips/suggestions/guidance even though there's a whole class of people. This is a great help when you're doing an exercise wrong, or even when the exercise is too easy and a harder variance of it is needed.

I love the coaches. I enjoy that I am held accountable by way of having to schedule attendance. I feel great after work outs and I’ve never done the same workout twice.

When I am in the area I always come to OT. Even though I don't come here daily I always feel welcomed and comfortable and of course get an amazing workout! The people working the front desk always greet me with a smile and the instructors are full of energy and approachable. :)
The intensity
I try to get as many people to sign up for PD Orange Theory as I can! I was able to get my friend Mollie signed up and I’m working on others. I definitely recommend it. The coaches are excellent, front desk workers are great and all of the members are fun. The only recommendation would be to have more lift 45 options (more days and / or times to attend). And I know this might be out of our control since the work outs are already created but less “cardio” exercises on the weight floor and more focused solely on weight lifting for a specific muscle group. Like a whole weight work out for legs. The next day would be the normal cardio part of the class and then shoulders, etc. Overall, I love PD orange theory!

Love showing up and not worrying about organizing my workout curriculum. Show-up, get my butt handed to me, leave fulfilled. Only reason not rating a 10, just wish OTF would return some love for sending 5 new members over the years… love OTF
There are many thing that I enjoy about OTF. I love that every workout is different. It feels like we never do the same workout twice. After each workout I feel energetic and rejuvenated. OTF takes the work out of trying to make sure you target each muscle group. Get in, get out, and DONE!
Coach/ energy/ great /helpful staff
I think it’s a great combination of cardio and strength training, and I always feel motivated to work hard in class! They promote doing what’s best for YOU in the moment. I also love the statistics that come back with the heart rate monitor, and I love the benchmark challenges.
