It’s challenging
It is a full workout class, you can get cardio and strength training in one hour. I have tried different kinds of gym and boot camps in the past. OTF is the best for me, I work in medical field, one of my colleagues told me about this few years back and I joined, I think this the best thing I have ever done it to myself. We have a big group of MDs, NPs , Nurses , and others go to OTF. I attend 3 to 5 classes a week. I am really busy with two jobs, I don’t have to think about what kind of workout to choose , OTF has made that easy for ppl who are busy and want to be healthy and fit by coming up with a guided workout for an hour. Coaches are really excellent trainers. OTF fits for any kind of person. I highly recommend OTF to become fit or stay fit. Lastly, I was pre-diabetic for few years, once I started OTF I am not pre diabetic anymore for last few years. Let’s stay healthy!

I really enjoy going to the classes, you’re getting cardio and weights! I had a personal trainer before and I didn’t sweat as much as I do here. I love it! I got 3 of my co workers to join and they love it as well.

I love the coaches, and I love the fact that each workout is different. The La Canada location is terrific. Parking is easy, and the studio is a nice size. The staff at the desk is friendly and helpful. I walked in last May and took a class--I have never regretted it one day since then. I am a OTF loyalist. :)
Orange Theory is a complete workout for body and mind. Your trainers are fantastic and the workouts are creative and never stale! Thank you for helping me in my fitness journey to be the best version of myself!!
Everything is good. If there is table or sofa with some cafe table, that would be great.
And weekends class are so hard to book. Maybe more time schedule options provided would help.
I loved that I can work at my pace with my own goals. The heart monitors help keep me on track with my workouts. Love seeing that orange and red!
OTF Newbury Park has a large spacious facility, the staff is friendly and efficient and the instructors are top-notch, especially Sakura and Elaine!
Every day is a different workout and I don’t have to think! The coaches are awesome and I love knowing I’m going to get a great workout every time I show up. It’s pricy but- I go! I go and I enjoy myself, and that makes it worth every penny.
