I enjoyed it but it is out of my price range. I may consider it when I get back to working full time.
1. I liked that there was a heart rate monitor provided for each individual and that you can actually see on an overhead monitor what your stats were while doing each activity.
2. The gym was clean and organized
3. The girls at the front desk were helpful and friendly
4. That a 1st time at the gym was not neglected by the coach
5. The coach was calling out what was to be done next on each machine, bike, rowing and treadmill along with the floor exercise. there also were dumbbells in various weights that are incorporated into the routine. Rubber mats if participant need extra cushion for the floor work.
6. Interval training with short rest period between next series.
7. The training technique allows an individual to make the participate at the physical fitness level they need to maintain or increase.
8. My coach for the 5AM workout was Ben K and he was a great motivator and I will be back for more classes he leads.
I like the variety of exercises, and the full body workout experience. Oh yah, and the energy of the coaches

Ben was so fun!!! my GF and i were traveling, so this was the first (and only) time in this studio, and Ben introduced himself before class, then during class made things really fun for everyone. a little dance move here, encouragement there, and for me who uses the bike instead of the treads (torn meniscus), he'd come by during the all outs and really challenge me to up the gears beyond where i normally do. now that i'm back home, i'm forcing myself to up my gears to get more out of my workouts. Ben was a level-up for sure
i love the coaches at my home studio, but i wish we had Ben around too. might have to visit Santa Barbara again this summer :-D

Honestly love everything about this workout program! I love how interactive the coaches are and how much they help and pump you up during the workout to keep you pushing and fighting hard for that extra burn. 10/10 would recommend Orange Theory to anyone and everyone!

Trainers are good motivators, workouts are different everyday, everyone is positive at the gym, and you get a great workout in only an hour.
Ginger is an amazing coach/trainer! I just joined and I will make sure I make her classes a priority. She is so motivating, keeps me on track and wanting to come back for more!
Ok, so here's the deal, even though you know it's going to be tread, rower, or floor, you never know what the challenge is going to be in those areas. Every time its different and every time I love it. For someone like me, who has danced my entire life, it's a great personal challenge and that's what I like. The trainers are great, they work with you and make sure you're in the correct body position and keep it fun. The staff is also amazing and are always friendly and supportive!

I liked how much chris was involved during the class to my needs and cares for my injury and ke being a first time and taking it easy .. he gave that extra push but in a nice caring way and when I thought I was done he was like no keep it going with a hard push and that's what I just needed and I feel most times we all need that push so thank you chris

I enjoy everything at Orangetheory, especially having the opportunity to see the many calories I have burned from the workout. The Coaches are friendly and very encouraging. When I want to slow down, it’s like they have read my mind and happen to say something at the right time to keep us going.
