EVERYTHING.. LOVE IT!
Variability, pushes my strength, and never doing one thing for too long.
I like the commitment involved in scheduling a class. I also like the variety in the workouts. I do not enjoy boring repetitive workouts. If I was ok with boring, I could just go running. I do not enjoy doing cycles of the same thing over and over. So far the workouts have been a good amount of variety with no repetition. I also really like the instant feedback from the HR monitor - that is very helpful - and makes a huge difference -
#1 Coaches #2 overall work out is intense yet fun , #3 Great accountability and # 4 group participation is such a plus, oh yes and #5 they have 5 and 6 am classes …not many gyms have this convenience . Michelle

Darhm is a fantastic coach’ I really enjoy his classes. All of the staff are super friendly which motivates me to come in say hi and get my sweat on! I’ve been a member since February and I’m lost 10 pounds!
I love Orangetheory. It's the best workout I can get plus there's good music and energetic coaches to pump you up throughout the class.

Clear, different levels, easy to follow along, and always something different
Even after 7 years (?) of coming to OTF, I never get bored. The workouts and challenges change up every workout. I think OTF is the Fountain of Youth!
It’s a structured workout yet you are still able to work at your own pace. The coaches always offer modifications during the hour and are accessible for questions or guidance. As a side note, they take equipment sanitation very serious.
I value the thoughtful exercises, great music and thoughtful coaches. I always get a get workout and it never is the same so I am never bored. I have recommended to many people.
I love the instructors and their motivational approach. I often push myself more than I would working out on my own, but I always know I can take it easy if I need to.

Instructors are awesome.It’s a full body workout with cardio and each workout is different and focuses on different areas of the body. Can go at your own pace and build strength and fitness over time.
