I love that it is already planned for me and I don't have to think. I can just come in and do the work. I also love that it is much like training with a sports team, and as a former collegiate athlete it makes me feel like I am back on a team and training which is something that I miss as an adult.

Workouts are amazing.
perfect amount of time . good tempo. and less than 10 minutes from home.
I prefer the 3 G over the 2 G. Better overall workout and less stress on injured body parts

good balance of work out activities
I have been going to OTF for over 10 years and have always had the best experiences. I love the new strength training program as my aging body can't always handle the regular classes and this gives me an opportunity to continue my workout lifestyle at my level while always feeling pushed and motivated to get a great workout in.
I don’t have to think about what my work out routine will be for the week
I like not having to think about what I'm going to do, I show up and the coaches push me to my max. I challenge myself based on what the work out is and how hard I think I can go. When I started at otf I hadn't ran in over 10 years. Now I run, I row, I rep and I love it.
Staff is great. Great workouts that help me burn a ton of calories.
The structured classes and the coaches. They are very motivating.

OTF works all parts of your body! It is cardio, strength and core. I like that it is different every day and the coaches are amazing. They help make your workout fun!
I love that I don’t have to think up a workout routine and it varies every time. I like the group dynamic and the helpful and encouraging coaches! I also love the splat points and trying to push myself with the heart rate monitor.
