For several years I had been dealing with low back pain. It caused me to become less active. I gained some weight and was out of shape. After healing from back surgery in December 2019, I decided to join OTF. My wife (Becky S.) had been trying to convince me to join since the studio opened anyway. I quickly became completely addicted. I love the variety and intensity of the workouts. The coaches are so friendly and motivating. Even though I still deal with some low back pain it is more manageable and I feel so much stronger than I have in a long time. Thanks to all the coaches and staff at OTF Bel Air South!

I enjoy the variety in my workout, the classes change from day to day so you are not working out one set of muscles every time. The coaches and front desk staff are amazing. Coaches are all enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and supportive. Any physical restrictions they work with you to modify your workout. I look forward to getting my @$$ handed to me every time I workout. Always feel great after the workout is over.
I’m a huge fan! There are so many reasons that I love OTF. Mainly, I love how I feel after the workout and the results that I’m experiencing. But it is so much more to it than just that. I love the inspirational references throughout the workouts that can be applied to performance and personal life. I appreciate the creative approach to many of the workouts and that each workout is different.
OrangeTheory has changed the way I work out for the better! I love the energy that the coaches bring to each class, and they motivate and push you to give it all that you can. Before OTF, I really could not find a workout routine that I could stick to for a long time, but since joining in January 2021, I couldn’t imagine anything else! OTF has really re-invigorated my love for working out and I can see and feel the results of our classes every day!
