What do you like about our workout?

The mix between cardio and strength workout to start. The next best thing is that you can modify the workouts to what your body needs, so if you are recovering for an injury you can recover while still getting a good exercise experience.

I love that every time I show up there is a different planned workout for me to do. I don't have to think about anything. I just show up and my high energy coach keeps me moving for the entire workout.

It’s challenging and so much fun! I like that every day is a bit different but the same layout of run, row, and floor. I’ve only done 2 classes so far but I love it so much! I can’t wait to keep taking classes and get better each time! I always feel amazing and accomplished after class! :)

I feel so motivated when I attend an Orange Theory class. The support from others attending the class pushes me harder than I would working out alone.

I like that it is always different, the coaches are so supportive, the members are supportive of each other, and that while it is a class there is still plenty of explanation and opportunity to personalize the exercises to the individual as needed.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that OT feels like a community. Everyone from the front desk staff to the coaches are so nice and welcoming. I have been to other studios and this is by far the best one. I like that the workouts are different everyday but have the same elements to build strength and increase power and endurance.

I love that the coaches are very motivating...they help when needed as well. It’s a great place to go for all skill levels too. You don’t feel intimidated to workout! The challenges and benchmarks also give you check points to see progress.

What do you like about our workout?

These classes become extremely addictive! The coaches are great at helping your form on the floor and pushing you to reach those personal goals on the tread! I honestly love how accomplished I feel after completing a class and looking at my statistics of what I just conquered. Usually just to going to the gym is half the battle for me but orange theory makes it a little easier to show up.
