Love the cardio burn
It really is a complete workout, which is/was perfect for my needs. Since joining, I've lost 40lbs and the clothes I had from my early-mid 20s all fit again, so that's pretty rad. In all seriousness though, they do a very good job of maximizing the amount of work you do w/o incentivizing overdoing it. That's not to say they won't encourage people to push, but no one dogs you for needing a breath or sip of water while in the middle of a set.
I like the motivation I get from the coach, peers around me and the choice of music :)
Structure
Just coming back after a year away, but the coaches make the biggest difference.

It's very helpful having a coach without the pressure. I also appreciate that someone else had already figured out the workout for me, and that each class is different.
Love that I do not have to plan my workout - I show up and know that I am going to get 60 mins of total body. I’ve been able to manage my blood pressure (hello cardio), developed better eating habits (to fuel my body) and love the way the shape of my body has transformed. Also…the coaches are great - Nina, Jenny, Ariel, Mel…can’t get enough of their classes.
The workouts are so fun! And I love the music!
New management is incredible! Ariel is the best coach!
Love the classes! It's a 25 min drive for me and a little pricey, so I had to go down to the 4 classes a month. If it was closer, I'd definitely do the unlimited

I never knew how much the people in the studio would matter and impact my health and my life, in particular, Senior Head Coach Rebecca Burow. She has taught me so much and is always looking out for me. She’s incredibly engaging in her coaching and educates us in the best possible ways. Added bonus- her awesome workout music. She always knows how to keep my member heart happy and healthy. In addition coach Penni, coach Kara, coach Crista, coach Alison, and coach Jacob are all a fantastic and make Park Potomac the absolute best place to be, and best hour of my day!!
