What do you like about our workout?

The Orangetheory fitness in Olney, MD is the best gym in my opinion. Here are the reasons:

Structured Workouts: Orange Theory Fitness offers structured workouts that combine cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and flexibility. Some people enjoy the variety and structure that OTF provides, as it can help prevent boredom and plateaus in their fitness routine.

Group Environment: OTF classes are typically held in a group setting, which can be motivating and provide a sense of community. Many people find that working out with others helps them stay accountable and motivated.

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): OTF workouts often incorporate HIIT principles, which can be effective for burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness in a relatively short amount of time. If you enjoy the intensity and challenge of HIIT workouts as much as I do, OTF might be a good fit for you.

Personalized Data: OTF uses heart rate monitors to track your heart rate and display it on screens during the workout. This data can help you monitor your effort and make sure you're working in your target heart rate zone, which I find motivating and informative.

Variety of Workouts: OTF often changes up the workouts, so you're not doing the same routine every time. This variety can keep things interesting, challenging and

Positive Atmosphere: Many OTF locations aim to create a positive and energetic atmosphere, which can make my workouts more enjoyable.

Results: If you've seen positive results in terms of improved fitness, weight loss, or other health benefits from participating in OTF, this could be a significant reason for any member's preference. My goals are achieved at a faster pace due to OTF coaches.

Personal Compatibility: Ultimately, the most important factor is personal compatibility. Different fitness programs resonate with different individuals based on their fitness goals, interests, and preferences. Love the coaches and staff. I love to meet with the members after work and burn with a great template. I wish they would not cancel the Tuesday night Strength 50 class at 7:45 pm.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the diversity of the training. There is a circuit on a treadmill if you want to run or walk, a circuit on a rower and exercises with weights to strengthen and firm muscles. It is an all-body workout in one hour. I also love the feedback you get through the heart monitor, telling you calories you burned and your average pulse rates and other fitness information. The staff is super friendly, helpful and motivating! I was so sore after my first workout but am excited to go back!

The orange community is EVERYTHING. Recent DriTri challenge is the perfect example. I am usually the last to finish on the treads. All the participants who had already finished jumped back on the treads to help me finish my run. I am a LIFER

I do love the workouts and have started coming to the Strength50 classes as well. It is a good balance for me as someone who is turning 58 soon. The one thing that is frustrating is the price at the premier level. The month after I joined the price went down and it seems every promotion really benefits those at the lower levels. The cost is the biggest downside and occasionally I wish the playlists were a little better (playing the whole song, maybe some classic rock). I do love the coaches a lot and the vibe of Silver Spring. I never feel uncomfortable and you do see every type of body and age. I work out so much harder at OTF than I ever would at home and am starting to see results. Thanks so much!

I like the new strength classes. I love Coach Sheina, Coach Teri, and Coach Jen. I like the times workouts are being offered (both AM and PM). I love seeing Amanda and Chloe when I check in, but I love it even more when they join the workout.

I love OTF Columbia! From the moment I walk in the front door until I finish my class and walk out the door - it’s a such a positive experience. The studio assistants greet me with a smile and make sure I get my preferred station. The workouts are “challenging but doable”and always changing so I don’t get bored. The coaches are all so encouraging and inspiring! They push me to be the best I can be for the hour I’m there. I joined a little over a year ago and the OTF community has changed my life for the better! I encourage everyone to join OTF!!! 🧡
