The fact that you can start at any level and it feels like progress happens quickly. The instructors couldn't be better all around (attitude , attention, level of knowledge) and the admin team... some of the best customer experience I've ever had.

L'effet de groupe mais sans le sentiment de clique. Chacun fait son travail en étant porté par l'énergie du groupe. On n'a pas à penser à nos exercices, on les fait. On est poussés mais pas en se faisant crier dessus. Il y a des exercices alternatifs pour les limitations. La variété des exercices, le dynamisme et le support des entraîneurs. Ils sont tous hot!

With all the decisions I need to make either at work or at home, the only decision I need to make with Orange Theory is whether or not to show up and if I want to start on the tread or rower. I like that the workouts are well planned and facilitated by motivating coaches so I can push myself more than I would if I had to decide my own workout plan at a gym.

La prise en charge et l'explication ainsi que le suivi après cours, tout a été simplement parfait.
D'ailleurs, je me suis inscrite immédiatement.
Les entraînements et les entraîneurs/ entraîneuses sont motivants. La formule est parfaite pour tous les âges et tous les niveaux. Perso j'adore et je n'irai plus jamais ailleurs, c'est le seul endroit qui me donne envie d'y aller, de me dépasser et où tu te sens bien. Toute l'équipe est fantastique.

Motivational and always different

Every class is different with a full body workout. The coaches are supportive and make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. There is a friendly atmosphere.
The OrangeTheory workout meets a number of my needs.
When I attend 3-4 times per week OT delivers an overall fitness program that helps me achieve my strength, cardio, and movement goals. At each session, coaches encourage me to perform at my best while acknowledging performance can vary on any given day. The monitor provides immediate feedback while benchmark workouts track progress over time. Coaches also provide group and individual practice tips for the different exercises.
There is a sense of community in the OT studio. The staff is welcoming. There is a sense of comradery while we wait for the workout to start. The commitment and effort made by OT members motivate me, as do the special programs and events offered by the studio.
Finally, at OrangeTheory, staff conduct themselves professionally. The facility is clean and the equipment is well maintained.
