I like the vibe of the studio, that includes the members and staff. The Broadway location is my only experience with OT. Workouts always change and the music is generally good. More classic rock would be appreciated.

Ils sont stimulants et on peut s’y adapter selon notre condition physique et être plus en mesure de suivre à mesure qu’on s’entraîne au fil du temps ! Il y a donc une certaine souplesse dans ces entraînements pour les gens d’âge différents, ce qui rend le moment plus agréable que contraignant..
How it is structured.
Mitchell was the best coach I got so far (I just joined). It was easy for me to understand him, and he comes to correct us when a movement is not done properly.

I enjoy the social aspect of the gym, as it can be a place to connect with others who have similar fitness goals. I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment and progress as I see improvements in my strength and stamina. Additionally, I find the endorphin rush after a good workout to be quite enjoyable. Furthermore, I appreciate the variety of equipment and classes available, allowing me to explore different forms of exercise.
