I love the fact that the heart rate is monitored, and the calories burned are calculated from the workouts. I'm loving how the classes are set up. I really like the timed cardio and floor exercises. I also like the flexible hours of the sessions.

The 60 minutes is so efficient. I like the group setting and coach encouragement but ultimately that we can go at our own pace.

Great motivated fitness trainers, great music and variety of workouts.
I love the organization of the workout sessions. It is easy to follow. The instructors are also incredibly motivating. You walk out of the session with a positive high because you worked out any frustration, stress or tension.
A gym is not something I ever saw myself enjoying or wanting to go to. I’ve had memberships to countless gyms and I just end up paying them to “hold my spot”. Orange Theory is different! It’s a class, a group workout! The coaches are excellent and the workout is always full body! You don’t have to guess at what to do or try to plan your own workout! You go in for 1 hour and everything is laid out for you! It’s amazing!
