Its varied, it’s fun and the instructors are amazing.
Coaches are great, interactive, motivating. Workouts can be modified without feeling pressured to go to max. I really enjoy the music and the energy every class.
The coaches make an effort to check in during the workouts; to make sure I'm feeling OK and that my form is good during the floor exercises. I love the fact that I can schedule classes using the app and that I get an email of my results after each class. And if I haven't scheduled anything for a while one of the coaches will be in touch to remind me to keep coming to the classes.
Great workout and good energy throughout the class. Hits the whole body and all cardiac zones. Each day is different and in each section you can go at the pace you want. I love that so then I can control what zone I want to be in. Also, its very accessible and modifications are always offered to everyone! Coaches are open, nice and inclusive :)

The program is laid out for you meaning don’t have to think about what exercises to do. It’s almost like having a personal trainer. No wasted time unlike my previous attempts at the gym.

The best thing about the OTF workouts are the coaches. They are always so encouraging. I love that every workout is different and that every step is set out for you.
It’s intense, fast and never boring. Often challenging but never anything you can’t do. Best value for a 1 hour work out. You will never burn 700-900 calories in an hour in another gym.
Everything! I like having a coach, I like the structure of the classes, I like knowing I’m going to get a good workout every time I go, I like the trackers…. Staff are friendly and make the experience personal.. I can’t think of any negatives at all
I like getting told what to do, plus, the coaches and staff are great! However, the location is a bit too small, and for the price of the unlimited membership, one could be going to Equinox luxury gym instead.
The most effective workout I can get within an hour. The vibe in the studio is always motivating with the coaches to always push yourself for more progress.
I like that the classes are high energy/impact, but if you have an off day you don't have to cancel because can pace yourself as well. The workouts are varied so I never get bored, especially with the introduction of Strength50 and Tread50. The trainers and music are always great motivators also!

I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do! It’s an effective workout for mood management, and there’s always an opportunity to work as hard as you want or need for each class.

Love the intensity and the energy of each class. Instructors always pushing you to do your best. Work outs are always a bit different, keeping it interesting.
